As the end of the holiday year and the start of a new one approaches, I receive a number of calls on what holiday entitlement staff have.

Historically, different employers use different ways of calculating holiday pay, using formula's varying from hours worked, days worked, days due to work, term time, school time .........

HMRC have a fantastic tool that should be used in order to ensure that you are compliant when calculating the time off entitlement for your team.
